"sorry General, its the decision of your farther, he needs them there."
"Well, Metta, How many AM i allowed in this sector?" Ko'Vor said striding the length of his bridge.
"7". she replied.
"7 ships... i guess it will still be a good defensive force if needed. what classes?" Ko'Vor said getting annoyed at his Fathers decision.
"three Kut'Kil class, two bird of prey class, one Vor'cha class and one K'tinga class general."
"k'tinga class wont defend this sector well at all! it will barely stand up to a Romulan shuttle let alone a Breen destroyer. TELL my farther that i am exchanging it for the minimum of another Vor'cha ship. And seeing as i am supposed to have control of MY ships anyway he will concede to my demand."
"yes sir." Metta said, amused at Ko'Vors frustration. the 3 Kut'Kil ships alone would mount an adequate force against 40 ships. But Ko'Vor cared about strength in numbers as well as strength in class. he wanted the best of both worlds and he was annoyed he was being limited.
Ko'Vor left the bridge in search for something to vent his frustration on. Entering the ships holodeck he started up a battle program and was soon killing of multiple Borg drones.

Fish was surprised to see the image of such a high-ranking officer appear on Church's desk. He was one of the three most powerful officers in the Marine Corps, with only the Field Marshal outranking him.
"Lt. Williams, I apologise for the letter my... fellow general sent. I have secured more troops for your division." The man smiled. "I'm General Delphi, by the way."
"Oh." It took a moment for Fish to register that. "When... when will they get here?"
"I believe that you will have an additional five Marines sometime in the next day or so. Some are being sent straight from the Academy, though, so they may take longer to get there. The others are coming from closer stations. I tried to pick the best." His smile disappeared. "Tell me, how is Captain Church? Is he fit for duty?"
It occured to Fish that she might be letting her personal feelings get in the way, but she answered, "Yes," as quickly as she could.
General Delphi breathed a sigh of relief. "Good. I was hoping he'd be all right. Ah, I almost forgot - you are hereby promoted to Captain. I though it best, just in case Church didn't pull through...." the General shrugged. "But it seems my fears were premature."
"Did you get my message about promoting Lt. Yanaguchi?" asked Fish.
Delphi nodded. "I did indeed. She's cleared for promotion to full Lt. I'll let you and Church do the paperwork, though."
"Thank you, General. You have no idea how glad I am to have your help."
Delphi grinned. "I try. Good luck, Lt.- I should say, Captain Williams. Delphi out."

"Your right, but we both need something here. You need the Federation to commit to staying here while your society repairs itself from the damage you have caused on yourself. We on the other hand need to be able to locate any cloaked ship heading this way. Would you have stood by and watched if the Borg were the ones who decloaked?"
"No your right we would't of stayed cloaked and safe behind our weapons if the Borg had entered our space," Metrel said,"but the Breen are not the Borg and this problem would of never arisen if you hadn't asked the Gorn to come to this part of space."
"Our fault?" Fleet Admiral Kirk asked.
"Yes, but I we of course can forgive the Federation for that," Metrel said," you yourself know that we are hundreds of years ahead of you."
Metrel knew that Kirk was holding back, but Metrel had to say this. he still felt a bit betrayed when Kirk had refused his offer.
"Admiral Kirk this is my decesion," Metrel said stopping for effect.
"We will not give our technology, but we will allow your citizens to live here on Metroia."

"We will not give our technology, but we will allow your citizens to live here on Metroia."
Kirk stood back and thought about the situation at hand. He couldn't blame Metrel for not giving up valuable technology to the Federation. He had single handedly refused the request for settlement the first time around and now when Kirk, when the Federation needs something they turn cheek. It wasn't anything new, humans had been doing it for thousands of years.
After a few moments Kirk spoke up, "Alright Metrel, I will go back to DSB and allow for settlement of Metroria as well as spread the word. I would be very grateful if you could provide me with the location of any possible settlements you might have already decided on." Kirk said.
"I will send the coordinates." Metrel said.
"Thank you." Kirk said.
Metrel motioned to one of the standing guards to open the door. Kirk looked back and saw the door opening, turned back to face Metrel who simply nodded and walked off. Kirk took the sign and walked out of the open door into the warm sunlight of the Metroia homeworld.
"Kirk to DSB, one to beam up."
"Aye sir."
OOC: Alright, this mission has almost run its course. It may be time to work out a new one, or maybe we can ease our way into the next mission through this one.
