Ko'Vor looked around the town. soon he came across some people who looked like thief’s. they were auctioning off what looked like some Starfleet uniforms. Ko'Vor went across to them. "where did you get these?" he asked.
"I don’t know....want one?"
Ko'vor decided to interrogate further, but also, he was cold, he should have some sort of clothing. "how much for?" he said.
"well that stone there seems quite unusual, how about that?"
"not for sale i'm afraid"
"well then you don’t look like you have much else..."
Ko'Vor couldn’t be bothered with it and just picked up the clothes. one of the men tried to stop him but quickly found themselves on the floor a few meters away.
"o, ok, you c-cant have the uniform..." he said getting up to run.
"one moment." Ko'Vor called after him. "if you don’t tell me where you got these from i might just throw you a little more..."
"right... of course... fine.... where did they come from you ask? well.... it was a smaller town, east from here, yes, that’s it.... can i go?"
"go.... but don’t let me see you with anything like this again, its private property".
Ko'Vor started walking east out of the town, and after a while saw a small village, which he then went quicker towards.

"That kid?" asked Church. "He's a thin little bugger, and nearly died of a heart attack when McLean and I showed up. How-"
"He probably isn't used to watching his companions be killed," spat McLean.
Church ignored him, "- how can he be of any help?"
"He's a prince," said Anderson, as if that explained anything. Church waited for something important to be added, and then she explained, "He knows how to get where we want to be."
"Oh, great," grumbled McLean. "He's going to lead us to our deaths, assuming he isn't lying."
"I would never lie!" said the kid, seemingly outraged.
"I've never heard anything less true," Church whispered to McLean. The engineer nodded in agreement.
"We need to go through whatever hell Q's created if we want to get out of here," pointed out Lorian.
"Fine," said Church. "So the kid-"
"I'm a prince!"
"-will lead us to our destination, we'll let him go, beat the crap out of a bunch of dead guys - and probably girls, too - and then the kid will come back with a huge army and we'll need to kill all of them as well. Why don't we just find the place by ourselves and use the kid as bait for the undead?"
"I would not bring an army!" yelled the kid.
"How can you be so cruel?" asked Anderson.
"Well you see, according to omniscient Captain Church here, this universe was created by Q for his pleasure, so anyone we don't know doesn't matter..." McLean smirked.
Lorian rolled his eyes and yelled, "ENOUGH! Church, we're taking him with us and we aren't killing him. Now what will we do about weapons?"
The kid was glaring at Church. McLean and Anderson were standing next to the kid, Lorian close to them. Church had a good feel for the politics of the situation. Lorian was the only officer around who was remotely concerned for his wellfare, and probably because he was the comanding officer.
"You know what? You three won't survive another hour in this world without me. I'm the only soldier you've got right now, and you can't expect to walk up to any army - alive or dead - and win on your own. You need me. So Smith, feel free to order all your officers around. But that kid is NOT leaving my sight."
"You forget that you need McLean to get out of here," said Lorian, quietly.
Church sneered. "I might, but as I've told McLean, Q never specified whether he required our partners to be alive." He hand rested on the stolen dagger, ready to throw it at a moment's notice.
Lorian scowled, thinking. "All right, we'll keep a watch on the young prince. But we will not kill him. And even if we arn't soldiers, Captain, we all would like some weapons. Do you have any suggestions?"
"Find a blacksmith," said Church, shrugging. "There must be one around here. Does your precious prince know of any?"

McLean was surprised at what the young Ensign was able to accomplish with the stranger. It seemed that even on this planet a man could not say no to a pretty face. It must be a inherent male thing, McLean thought.
"I will show you the way," he said as he pointed to a large hill, "My castle is just on the other side of that hill. It should not be more than a days walk from here.
"Good," Smith said, "Church, McLean I want you guys on point."
McLean grumbled something than looked over at Church who seemed to have the same thoughts in his mind. It was no secret that McLean did not care for Church and he knew the feeling was mutual, but McLean did have a lot of respect for the Marine; respect that he never showed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Night Fall
The group had set up a camp for the night and Church had insisted on taking the first watch. McLean did not bother to argue, in truth he didn't want to do guard duty at all. He watched Church walk around for awhile before settling in with the rest of the group around the camp fire. It was obvious to McLean that Church did not trust the young prince and McLean could not blame him, he did not trust the boy himself. It seemed though that they had a slight edge on the young man, he seemed to have a particular fondness for Ensign Anderson.
McLean leaned in to get closer to Commander Smith, "Sir, I think we should keep an eye on that boy. He seems to fancy the Ensign and we can't afford to lose anybody on this planet."
"Agreed." Smith replied taking a second to observe the two talking on the other side of the camp fire, "Get some sleep Chief, you have the next watch."
"Alright." McLean replied.
Lying back down McLean looked up at the night sky and wished he was back on the station. He found it odd that he wished he was back on the station rather than back home on Earth with his family and friends.

Stumbolling accross the night grounds Ko'Vor drew closer to a village. lights were on in some houses, and around the edges of the village were campers.
Falling on a fallen log Ko@vor re0opened his leg wombd. so he was forced to sit down for a while and sort himself out. Applying more clothing to the area to keep it pressured. The uniform he was now waring he didnt know who it belonged too, but he did know it was at the least two sizes too small. if he were to move to suddenly in any direction it was sure to tear.
After fixing his leg again he walked accross to a camp near him. a shadowed figure was standing watch. Ko'Vor leant over and tried to see the surroundings, to get his bareings. He couldnt make ouot the man so crept closer. as he did so a very loud rip came from the uniform, the back had gone form the strain of leaning over.
and due to the night quitness, everything could be heard. Ko'Vor leapt for a rock and hid behind it.

Leo was on the Bridge with some other Jr officers trying to figure out what had happened to all the senior officers.
“And you're sure no one knows where any of them went?" Leo asked a crewman for the sixth time.
“No sir. No one knows where any of them went."
Leo sighed and leant back in the command chair. For some reason, none of the other jr. officers wanted the chair so they forced him into it. They had sent a couple of comm packs to Starfleet command, but they had not received any response. He got up and stretched and he heard a voice that came from everywhere at once.
“Time for some more fun."
Leo and the other people around him looked around wildly looking for the search. The next thing he knew he fell on his butt in front of Captain Church and most of the other senior officers sleeping. Church was not. Leo scrambled up and saluted him.
“Sir. It’s good to see you,” he glanced at the others,” and everyone else. We were worried; well they still are worried about all of us probably.” He took a breath. He was about to say something else but at that moment, a loud rip sounded about 10 metres to their left. He spun around and entered a battle crouch and with his human/romulan eyesight let him see someone slip behind a rock through the darkness.
“Sir, someone is behind that rock about 10 metres in that direction.”

Katie could tell that nobody really liked Patrick. She wanted to get home as much as they did but she didn’t see a need to be mean to him. She thought they would need his help and the best way was to remain on his good side.
“You’re different from your companions.” Patrick said.
“Oh my gosh you scared me.”
“I’m sorry I didn’t mean to frighten you.” Patrick said.
“It’s alright.” Katie replied.
“Your friends don’t trust me.”
“Can you blame them?” Katie asked.
Patrick motioned to sit down and Katie moved over to give him room to sit down.
“Where do you come from?” Patrick asked.
“I don’t know if I’m allowed to tell you.” Katie replied.
“I understand.” Patrick replied.
“Do you?”
“Have no fears. We should arrive at my castle by the end of the day tomorrow.” Patrick said.
Katie remained silent. Across the campfire she noticed Commanders Smith and McLean looking their way and speaking. Katie excused herself from Patrick and walked over to where Commander Smith was sitting.
“What are we going to do sir?” Katie asked.

OOC soo so so sorry for not posting guys, my internets was down for like a week or so, and i just didint have the time to find anywhere to post.
IC
With a groan Daya woke from a groggy pain filled sleep. He lifted his hands and rubbed his head. "did anyone get the tag number for that shuttle?" he asked as he sat up, "whats a shutttle?" Richard asked, and Daya winced in embarassment. "Nevermind"
"Commander, we need to figure out a way to get out of here" Kirk said as he sat at Daya's side "with those crystals" At the mention of the crystal, Daya's faced drained of color. "do you know something?" Kirk asked. "Well, kinda but i'll tell ya later." Daya moved away from the others and sat by himself near a bucket. After a few minutes Daya puked into the bucket, and a soft thud sounded from the inside. "God, i hate getting sick, we got any water?" he asked, and was glad to receive a pail of dirty, but still water. taking a quick drink he poured the rest of into the bucket of puke. "Hey, what are you doing?" Richard asked, looking at the empty pail. "Sorry, just needed to clean this" Daya said, lifting a crystal from the bucket. "Where did you get that?" Kirk asked.
"Well, you remember when i was talking to the guard, and he punched my stomach, well i bite down on this and when he yanked my head away, i took this with me, i had nearly forgotten it was in my mouth, i must have swallowed it on accident"
Daya smiled childishly and sat back down by Kirk, "Did you happen to find anything out about him?" Daya asked, looking over at Richard, who had fallen asleep.
<kirk, add something about him and patrick being related>
"Well, thats interesting"

"Did you happen to find anything out about him?" Daya asked, looking over at Richard, who had fallen asleep.
"As a matter of fact he did," Kirk said shifting his position, "He claims he is the King of this country. He said that his half brother was a town governer who assembled his own private army and quiety gained favor with Richards own knights. Richard was quickly and qiuetly overthrown and sentenced to life in various prisons through out this country. He claims he has a son and he goes by the name Patrick."
"Anything else?" Daya asked.
"He kept asking about the ocular implant, but other than that nothing."
"Interesting." Daya said in a scheming tone.
"I do not see how any of that actually helps us." Kirk replied.
"You never know." Daya said looking at the crystal.
"What is that anyways?" Kirk asked.

“What are we going to do sir?” Katie asked.
"We have no choice but to have Patrick here take us to his castle." McLean said before Smith got a chance to reply.
"Thank you Commander." Smith said sounding a little aggitated with McLean and his quick response.
McLean mumbled something to himself as he got up and walked away from the two officers. As he walked he continued to keep a close on the the boy, he knew there was something off about him but he just couldn't put his finger on what it was.
Who is that, McLean thought to himself as he walked toward Church. There appeared to be another Starfleet Marine who just happened to appear out of nowhere. The two Marines looked engaged on a target out in the pitch black woods.
"Whats going on?" McLean asked.

Ko'Vor could feel eyes looking towards the rock. he could sense also a sudden change in the number of people, there were at least two more people standing, and there were still the ones sleeping, undesterbed so far.
Ko'vor looked around and saw a large stick on the ground, quite sharp looking. he slowly put his arm out to grab it again but heard a voice
"there, sir, i can see movment... an arm i think." someone said. he coudlnt reconise the voice. didnt sound human... Could be one of Q's tests Ko'vor thought to himself. considering how powerful his previous tests were becoming he thought this would be fairly difficalt.
he grabbed the stick and pulled his arm back to the rock. then he heard foot seps. He made himself ready to jump out and attack.... closing his eyes he tried to gudge distance. it wasnt the origional standing people moving, but someone behind them, as if creeping up on the situation.

"Yes... someone's been approaching us for some time now. They've been fairly quiet, but..." Church shrugged. "Might as well go say hello. Stay here and watch my back."
"Yes, sir," said Potter, looking back at the sleeping members of their party.
Church was nearly at the rock when a large, dark figure sprang at him. The figure held a crude weapon in one hand. Church parried it with his knife and kicked the figure - a man, it seemed - as its momentum carried itself past the Marine Captain. The figure cursed in an oddly familiar language....
The man had nearly fallen to the ground, but righted himself. Moonlight revealed the bumpy forhead of the newcomer.
"Ko'Vor?" asked Church, not letting down his guard just yet. Potter had snuck up behind the Klingon and was ready to attack him, but had halted.
The Klingon did not relax yet, either. "Yes?"
"I'm Captain Church."
There was a moment's hesitation, then the Klingon relaxed somewhat. "I.... see. Who is with you?"
"Smith, Anderson, McLean... come, I'll show you. Stand down, Lt. Potter." Church led the way back to the others.

he couldn't say he was happy to have been knocked down, but he was hapy to find it wasnt someone who would also try and kill him.
"Who is with you?" Ko'Vor asked as church stood in the moonlight. Ko'Vor was helped up. and re-adgusting the tight uniform he walked along with church as he spoke.
"Smith, Anderson, McLean... come, I'll show you. Stand down, Lt. Potter." Church led the way back to the others.
as Ko'Vor reached the camp he noticed a lack of proper uniform... no one had yet noticed him trying to fit into one of them though. "sorry for almost killing you" Ko'Vor muttered to Church.
the others started to stir from there sleep, some noticed Ko'vor and were startled out of there beds.
"um....sorry?" Ko'Vor said sarcastically... "but its only me" he added.

It was as if a group of old friends had been finally reunited as McLean watched Ko'vor come walking from the shadows into the dim light of the flickering camp fire. From the look on Ko'Vor's face he seemed to have enjoyed his brief battle with Church, something McLean could not find the same pleasure in doing.
McLean settled back down next to the camp fire and watched as Ko'Vor took a seat on the opposite side of him. Church and Potter seemed to be talking about something, probably guard duty, McLean thought. It didn't matter to McLean, the only thing he had on his mind was getting the hell of this planet and back home.
"What happened to their uniforms?" Ko'Vor asked.
Looking over his shoulder to look once again at Smith, McLean replied, "I have no idea."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dawn
McLean awoke to a foot kicking his side. Looking up he spotted Lt. Potter standing over his with one of the few swords in his hand.
"Rise and shine Chief." Potter said.
Getting to his feet McLean mumbled something under his breath about the damn Marines. Lt. Potter seemed to noticed the verbal bashing but did nothing. Church had gathered everybody up and lined them up in a tactical marching column with himself at the front of the line and Potter taking up the rear.
"Lets go a move on." Church said as he began to walk forward followed closely by Patrick. Ko'Vor took up the space behind Patrick, Smith behind Ko'Vor, Anderson behind Smith and McLean behind Anderson. McLean couldn't help but smile as he watched Anderson's rear sway back and forth as she walked.
Today might be a good day, McLean thought.
As they walked McLean noticed Patrick pointing out directions to Church. He had hoped that the walk to the castle wouldn't take long but McLean had planned on a full day of walking, but dreaded every step.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunset
"There's the castle." Patrick announced as the group came around a bend in the road.
McLean watched as Ko'Vor placed a hooded cloak on as they came into visual distance of the castle. He knew there was no way he wanted to be mistaken for a demon or devil.
"We shall have a fine feast!" Patrick announced, "My uncle has been expecting me for some time now."
The castle was imposing with the lack of light shining form the torches placed around the entrance of the castle. Archers could be seen getting ready to fire on the group until a lone voice range out from the castle.
"Halt! Who goes there?"
"It is I Patrick. I have come with strange travelers."
It seemed that security during this time was not tough as the gate to the castle opened just on the mere sound of the boy's voice. Once inside the castle McLean noticed that Church and Potter were already eying everything. Where they saw threats and possible escape routes McLean saw engineering.
"Please, come inside." Patrick said as he motioned of an open door, "A feast awaits."

After a day of walking Ko'Vor was pleased to finally be at somewhere to eat. He hadnt had a meal for at least 2 days now, and the "feast" looked wonderful. he thought about remving his cloak, but decided against it. before sitting at the table he inspected some of the food for traps, or poison.
It was still Q's game so anything could be wrong here. looking around the room he noticed along with church and the marines he was scouting for danger, a possable fight and a place to run if need be.
sitting hown he remembered the stone in his pocket. However he remembered it only because he just sat on a sharper corner. Taking it out and putting it on the table he groaned. Then he noticed everyone stop eating and stare at it. looking fixated on it infact. Ko'Vor looked around, quite confused. he thought he had offended someone, so went to pick it back off the table when
"WAIT!" they all called at once, a few standing up to get a better look..... "whats wrong?" Ko'Vor responded.

"Can you tell me more about yourself?" Daya asked, "why are you in here, when your the king?" Daya asked before his previous question could be answered. " 5 years ago my brother, or more my half brother, took over. He killed everyone but myself and my son, i managed to escape, and was finally caught. I can only imagine what he's done to my son" Richard lowered his head in anger and clenched his fists. ~~~~~ The mountain man from the dungeon stood taller than the rest at the feasting table, "Where did you get that stone?" the large man asked Ko'Vor, who looked around confused. "I found it" "You stole it, you theif" The man yelled out, pointing at the claoked klingon, "Take him to the dungeons, take them all" Gaurds rushed into the main hall, swords and spears pointing at the party's necks.
